Item is in Brand new condition with no visable marks or scratches.
I have had it in a protective case since I bought it. Still has approximately 7 month warranty. Sold with full retail pack (box cable charger)
Will also include to protective cases/stands one in black leatherette and the other is red and white hard fabric
