Notice the vertical resolution of 1200 - this is 120 more pixels than "Full HD" monitors (which have 1080 pixels). It makes for excellent vertical desktop space meaning that you need to do less scrolling.
You can fit two A4 pages (at 100% zoom level) displayed side by side on this monitor, and still have space on the side!
It works brilliantly for anything from web browsing to video gaming (the 5ms response time make it excellent for action games), immersing you in whatever it is that you are doing.
I have owned it from new and have taken very good care of it.
